Schnitz is a fast-casual dining restaurant in Melbourne, Australia. The food chain specializes in traditional schnitzel cuisines like chicken, pork, and beef schnitzel. The restaurant also offers a vegetarian patty that is crumbed and cooked as a schnitzel. Schnitz serves schnitzels in a variety of styles. The most famous are their “wrap” and “roll” options which are good to eat with a drink and their homemade chips. Schnitz began its operation in 2007 to the owner Roman Dyduk. His two sons help him in the operations and management of the business to this day. As of this writing, Schnitz has over 70 stores across Australia that include the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western and Southern Australia. The restaurant has meat and vegan options available.

They have a variety of crumbs for Vegan Schnitz options like Traditional Crumbs, Crunchy Corn Crumbs, Vegan Parma and you can also choose not to put any crumbs on it.
