The flavour of the month for April 2023 is: Ube & Coconut Swirl.

This is a 2/3 purple coloured, ube flavoured ice cream with a 1/3 coconut flavoured ice cream swirled with a ube flavoured ribbon. Ube is a specific variety of purple sweet potato.
