About Milky Lane

Milky Lane, created by Christian Avant in 2016, combines crazy burgers and a lively, soulful environment to create the perfect start to a night out. Avant has combined his experience in the clubbing and entertainment scene to create a fun and urban atmosphere, popping with colourful graffiti and pumping with the latest hip hop tunes. The franchise works with local DJs and street artists so that these venues truly come to life. Their food, much like their aesthetic, is big and loud, something reflected on their drool-worthy Instagram account. Since its conception, Milky Lane has taken the Sydney boutique burger scene by storm. It currently has five stores located in Bondi Beach, Paramatta, Cronulla, Crows Nest and Newcastle, making this an accessible favourite right across Sydney. For those not in NSW, they also have stores in Queensland and the ACT, and are looking to open another eight across the country in the upcoming months.

Beyond the ambience, the Milky Lane menu is renowned for their crazy-delicious food and beverages. Their burgers are made with organic Australian meat, and often include two smashed patties (four patties if you indulge in the ‘Kevin Bacon’ burger). Their sides are immense, especially the loaded fries which include both cheese and cheese gravy. For the vegetarians out there, fear not—Milky Lane also has a good range of vegetarian and vegan options, including plant-based patties. Milky Lane hasn’t neglected dessert either, offering an enticing collection of treats including a range of donut churros fries. Much like with its burgers, when it comes to its drinks, Milky Lane doesn’t hold back. The Milky Lane cocktail menu features flavours that are inspired by iconic childhood treats guaranteed to give you a hit of nostalgia (creamy soda, Reece’s peanut butter cups and bubble gum inspired cocktails, just to name a few). If you’re in the mood for a flavour hit in an exciting, vibrant atmosphere then Milky Lane is definitely the place for you.
